Instructions: Post the .tga file into the folder C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003\exports_imports, then import it onto a car by going into Opponent Manager, then hitting New, naming your car, hit import, and import your new car in! Make sure to save.
Also you’re missing the rookie stripes on this car.
