Instructions: Post the .tga file into the folder C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003\exports_imports, then import it onto a crew by going into Opponent Manager, then choosing your scheme. Switch to the crew tab, hit import, and import your new crew in! Make sure to save.
