Hello everyone, my name is Mia Marsden. I wanted to address the fact that somehow, the NR2003 community is active enough to give me 11,000 views, which is fucking incredible and also somewhat shocking. So let me go ahead and get started by saying first off, thank you all so much. I've had several people reach out and thank me for my hard work, but my hard work doesn't mean a thing without you folks downloading it. Initially, I taught myself to paint because I saw a gap. I saw that many good painters were jumping to iRacing, which while it's great, it's a bit of a money sink, which is why I'm on NR2003 painting instead. I also saw several medium-level schemes weren't getting painted, so I figured, okay, I can learn!
But of course, I wouldn't be here without Stiggy and NCRDesigns, both of whom have helped me to become much better than I was with my first scheme. I'm getting to where I want to be because of those two giving me tips and walking me through schemes and at times, letting me borrow their bases. I must recognize that because they deserve the real credit. Between the three of us, I think we've painted like 60 percent of this year's schemes or something like that, which is a real accomplishment in modern NASCAR. We also are working actively on shoring up 2002, which may be posted here when we're finished, depending on both interest and whether we want to deal with people getting mad or not.
Either way, I guess what I'm trying to say is this is a dream come true for a kid from Ohio. Thank you all so much, and I hope to provide much more to y'all in the coming months. No matter how long this lasts, this will stick with me.
Sincerely,
Mia
