Hello everyone! I apologize if any of you have been trying to download schemes and haven't been able to find them. NCRDesigns, Stiggy, and I are working together to try to get unpainted stuff painted, but in the meantime, I just bought a Dropbox subscription for 20 bucks a month. This will have 3 TB of storage. This is important because I'm announcing my intentions to work on 2023 paint schemes next year. I want to try my best to help all of you who browse this site to be able to download a complete carset between NCRD, Stiggy, and I, and we also are open to expanding to others. Something from this community that I've always found baffling is this lack of ability to work together to create a one-click download carset. At the conclusion of us finishing all of the schemes, we will be making a link to the entire 2022 carset. They may not be perfect and we probably won't be doing minor changes per race to schemes, but we want to make sure that you, the people, have the ability to conveniently download a whole carset.
In the meantime, I don't want to take away from what great creators like Rupe, Rishabh, Buzzybh, and others have been doing, so if anyone is reading this post and would like to potentially have your schemes included in this carset, feel free to reach out to us. My email is miamarsden8@gmail.com, and I'm always willing to work with anyone as long as they have good standing in the community. I want to make the NR2003 community as accessible as possible for new players, but I also don't want to take away from others' work, so I want to be clear that this is an invitation for everyone who has good standing in the community to work with us. Please note though that just because you ask to be in the carset doesn't instantly mean you will be in it. We will review and make sure the car is to the standards we have established because we want to make sure you, the people, get the best carset you can.
In addition, I want to announce that I'm working on a ratings set for NRatings. This will be released at some point by December, as I want to tweak it to make it as realistic as possible. Something I'm working on unique to this ratings set is using average running position for each track type. I feel like drivers who run well on superspeedways, for instance, but have bad finishes should still be recognized for being good at superspeedways. That said, I have to also balance that with realism, so that's why these ratings need more time to be developed. The last big thing is that we plan to offer every car in .cup, .cts, and .tga. This is because I know people use different physics. I personally use .cts, but I know that NCRDesigns uses .cup, so I want to make sure everyone has access because again, it makes zero sense to not make it so everyone can easily access these cars.
I'm not trying to make a statement with these changes, but I realize that we're on a 20-year old game. I realize that we have to start making things easier and stop trying to make people do everything themselves. I want this community to grow and develop, and the best way to do that is to make things more optimal for everyone. I hope genuinely that this doesn't offend anyone, and if it does, I'm very sorry from the bottom of my heart, but at the same time, NCRD, Stiggy, and I have already done like 75 percent of schemes between the three of us, so 111 (as of right now) more schemes probably won't kill us, you know? But if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me. I work IT, so I'm here 24/7 on my three computers and my phone unless I'm playing Yu-Gi-Oh at my local store or sleeping, in which case I'll get back to you as fast as I can. Thank you all for all your support, and I hope you enjoy these new developments from the Dream Scheme Team.
Sincerely,
Mia Marsden

This is BuzzyBH on Stunod Racing. You can use any of the cars I have uploaded for your set. I hope that helps!
